Brief job description: 

  • Hunter & individual contributor.Manage full sales cycle from Cold-Calling to PO
  • Networking/ marketing/ business development by integrating/ orchestrating cross organisation teams towards customer success
  • Own the strategy from planning, to execution of growth plans for named accounts
  • KPI’s would include Account Growth, Customer Satisfaction, No of Workshops, cost of pre-sales & portfolio coverage in accounts, and overall revenue generation
  • Opportunity to build and manage, a high-performance team focused on above objectives

Accountabilities: 

  • New customer revenues – Named account and territory
  • Existing accounts – delivery, customer satisfaction, & revenues from new opportunities
  • Marketing operations for named accounts & geographies

Desired skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT/ Professional Education industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
